Interesting, I hadn’t heard about this – I’ve always been hungriest around midday, but good to know that morning vs. evening doesn’t actually matter!

I have not heard about his one………………. BUT have to say just looking at the pictures I got hungry and also have to admit that around 7 is the time I do get hungry. Love lemon in my water have several glasses a day so refreshing.
These potatoes look absolutely amazing. I have a horrible habit of snacking after 8 but I have been trying to eat more along the lines of food than junk.
Interesting and I learned something new today. My kids would be all in for the after 7 eating. Seems they are all too busy lately to stop any earlier.
