The Pillsbury Crescent Rolls Breakfast Sandwich Scrambler is the perfect brunch addition.
Pillsbury Crescent Rolls are so versatile and we love to incorporate them into a main dish for brunch.
We all know how easy it is to make the crescent rolls. So now let’s elaborate on the process just a little bit and make this part of the most important meal of the day.
How to Make the Pillsbury Breakfast Sandwich Scrambler.
You will need the following:
- Package of Crescent Rolls (1 package yields serving of 6) The twin package will come in handy as you will certainly want to make more .
- Eggs (1 egg for each breakfast sandwich)
- Package of shredded cheese
- Bacon
- A dash of salt and pepper for some seasoning
Set oven to 350 degrees
Par-bake the bacon, once that is ready you are all set to make breakfast.
Roll out your package of Crescent rolls –
Find a circular item that will mimic the size of the cupcake tray- this will be your base & top layer- I used a drinking glass.
Slightly spray the cupcake tray with Cooking spray – Place the round cutouts into the cupcake tray.
Use your par-baked bacon and line the cupcake tray- 1 Piece works well for each sandwich.
Crack one egg for each sandwich- Add a sprinkling of cheese & a dab of salt & pepper
Top off with the leftover circular crescent roll- Set oven for 15 minutes and enjoy!
