Happy New Year! 2018 is here and it is going to be the best year ever. Are you just like me and are already making lists of great plans for the new year? I have certain goals in mind and really want to stick with them this year. For starters, I am looking forward to kicking off the year with year with a trip to Wal-Mart to stock up on the essentials. I’m making sure that 2018 is the year of healthy living and sticking with a fitness routine. With such a busy schedule, I need to have everything at my fingertips. I don’t always have time to hit the gym, so I made sure to find exercises that I can do at home that will make an impact in helping me get in shape, feeling good, and of course, looking good.
2018 is all about eating smart, staying fit and enjoying every moment each day has to offer. In order to get a kick-start for the day, I am starting my workout in the morning when I have time (setting the alarm clock a little earlier is a step in the right direction).
