Last year, I met Producer Craig Gerber and writer Silvia Olivas at Festival People in NYC.  We were able to watch the episode A Day to Remember in advance of it coming to the Disney Channel.  I love how it explains Dia de las Muertos and the significance of the holiday.  This episode will be perfect to watch in preparation for Disney Pixar Coco coming to theaters this November.
