Lately, I feel it is more important than ever to make every step count. I just recently went through a health scare with my husband and I am taking it as a wake-up call for myself too. This is a time for no excuses. And, believe me, I am all about excuses. It is too cold. It is misting. It is raining. Oh, no, the wind chill is intense. You see? Look it how quickly I came up with them.
Well, no more excuses! It is time for me to one up my health. I need to do it for my children. My youngest here is a spitfire and full of energy. I need to keep up and stay active with her. My girls are motivating me to make better choices for my family and myself.
I’m drinking more water, walking and playing, and of course, I am taking my vitamins. Nature Made vitamins play a critical role in a balanced, active lifestyle. I was lucky enough to find them on Amazon so it was easy to have them shipped right to my door in just a few days.
Did you know Nature Made are #1 Pharmacist Recommended? This helps me feel confident that each of my small steps are bringing me in the right direction for a healthier lifestyle.

Sorry to hear that you had a scare with your husband – I started on a “take control of my life” mission last August and it changed everything – even my skin and hair! Congrats on taking charge!
LOVE Nature’s Made already! I buy their biotin, vitamin C, and fish oil pills. When they have BOGO at CVS…it’s an even better deal! Love how you are incorporating them into your life, too.
I’m similar in finding excuses but I also need to get it together and take better care of myself. I do take vitamins and some extra supplements, but I also need to do more.
I always find excuses too. They are much easier to come up with then putting forth the effort to do. We recently started taking vitamins because we are trying to small steps to better health.
Yes I can’t live without my B12!
I have health issues and fully understand the get up and move thimg. If I sit for too long I get stiff and have alot of pain. I will have to check out Naturemade vitamins.
I’m always taking care of every one else and need to Start taking care of myself for a change.
I can always tell a difference when I take my vitamins. I have been trying to exercise more too.
Oh I am all about the excuses too! I have serious asthma and literally it drives me bonkers when i try to exercise. BUT, I know once I get past the “hurdle” I will feel so much better, I just never push myself.
I think Nature Made products are really good! I know my mom loves them, too. They have been around for awhile, and that’s because they have a good product.
Good for you!! I make excuses too in order to sleep in rather than work out lol. I need to get better about that.
I love Nature Made, they also offer points so you can enter codes off your bottles and save to get free bottles. They care about health and their customers.
After my mom was diagnosed with cancer in 2015, I made changes to my diet and am trying to take even better care of myself. Taking vitamins, exercising and reducing stress can really help your mind, body and soul.
I take B12 to help with energy as well. The Nature Made brand is great, and pretty much the only one I purchase on a regular basis.
I don’t take very many vitamins, but B12 sounds so great. I love Nature Made and you’re right, I do feel better when I’m up and moving!
Nature made is the best! I use magnesium, b vitamins to help in autoimmune disease !
I absolutely love Nature Made vitamins. I have a hard time getting enough vitamin D on my own, so I take one every day! I’ll have to try the B12 🙂
I love this brand. I have personally tried the B12 and honestly these are yum. I bought some for my mom too recently.
I could really use these. Nature’s Made is a brand I know and trust. I really need to get on a vitamin regiment!
oh I could use these right now. I have always heard great things about Nature Made but havent given them a try yet!
I really love their products! I didn’t know they are #1 Pharmacist Recommended. That makes it even better.
I need to focus more on my health and take nutrition more seriously. I would love to try Nature’s Made.
I would absolutely benefit from a spa vacation! I like taking Nature Made supplements. Their magnesium has helped me with random nerve pain here and there.
Me and my kids love nature too. Now that the days are longer, we will head out to the yard for fresh air after dinner.
I use b12 too. Use a different brand but now want to try this one
I struggle with excuses too but have recently committed to working out regularly for my physical & mental health. I’m writing down my exercise times to hold myself accountable. Good luck to you & your husband!
I love their vitamins! Our local grocery store often has buy one get one free sales and that is when I stock up on my favorites.
These are very good vitamins.I have used them and need to start using them again.
I really like this brand and this is all we use. Hubby takes garlic and niacin for his heart as well as fish oil and a multivitamin. I also take a multivitamin. They sometimes do a buy one get one free around here, and it makes it really nice to save.
It is one of my favorite brands too! Thanks for always commenting on my posts! I appreciate it!
