Healthy Back to School Routines with Nature Made®

This post was sponsored by Nature Made® as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central.

With back to school season here, I want my girls to be ready.  That means not only purchasing the supplies they need, but also making sure that we prepare for the new routines that come along with back to school season.

naturemade-at-target

This year, we headed to Target for many of our back to school needs. I love the sales that Target has on all the items that my family needs including health/wellness.  While at Target, I picked up Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Multivitamin Gummies.  I love being able to get all I need at one store and finding Nature Made®KIDS FIRST® Gummies was perfect since my daughters are big fans of gummies.  This will make it easy for me to make sure they are getting the vitamins they need to get them through the busy school day.

Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Multivitamin Gummies come in  all- natural fruit flavors that my girls enjoy such as Orange, Cherry & Mixed Berry.  As a mom, I love that there are no synthetic dyes in the gummies.  The colors come from natural sources.  My girls love the flavor and act like it is a treat after breakfast.  This experience with Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Multivitamins has made me want to head to Target to purchase them again.

Starting the year with healthy habits is important for their growing bodies and minds.

Getting into routines of going to bed early, exercising and taking vitamins helps make health a priority in our family.

These routines also help us get through the busy school days filled with learning and extracurricular activities.

naturemade-soccer

When the school day is over, our afternoons and evenings are filled with a variety of extracurricular activities such as soccer, softball and many others that keep our bodies moving.

Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Multivitamins contain 12 essential nutrients for age-specific nutritional support, including vitamins A, C, D and E, B vitamins, and minerals like iodine and zinc.  This helps my girls get the daily nutritional support they need.

So, whether it is an organized sport or just having some fun at the park, do your best to make healthy choices for your family.

Summer will be over very soon so get a  head start with healthy habits so it becomes routine for back-to-school.  I know that starting healthy habits early helped make the transition back to school a positive one.

Head to Target to purchase Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Multivitamin Gummies at Target,With Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Multivitamin Gummies.

We need to try these. I like the gummy vitamins because it is easy for the kids to take. I would even use these for myself.

Funny we just bought a jar a few weeks ago. We really should have been eating them all summer but we get lazy.

Our kids start back on vitamins a couple of weeks before school starts.
Especially in our neck of the woods people don’t really have anyone to take care of their kids if they are unwell so a lot of time the end up at school “sharing” with their friends.
    Ugh!!

I’m an adult and take gummi multi-vitamins. I’m not brand loyal, but I had Nature Made’s vitamins before.

I was fortunate to sample a big bottle of gummy vitamins like this and they made me a convert. It’s so nice not to have to swallow the big pills. I think having a backup outfit is always a good idea since in the rush of the morning, things happen.

My four kids love these gummy vitamins from Nature Made.

Our routines for back to school …. all the kids get outfits approved in the evening, and they do back pack checks, so that they’re ready in the morning without the stress. They are all early birds, so getting up early is never a problem.

So happy to kick off the holiday season with @macy So happy to kick off the holiday season with @macys and Santa! Last night, we took the train into the city to preview #Macys #Santaland I have to say it was quite magical. Although my youngest was 12, Santa was able to connect to her and put us all in the holiday spirit.

I believe. I believe….

My mom also came with us. We started talking and I think it was almost 40 years ago that she took us to visit Santa at Macys. I was so happy to visit Santa with her and my youngest for a three generation experience.

Don’t forget to check out the beautiful window displays as you enjoy all of #NYC during the holidays!

#ad Mental health isn’t talked about enough, but #ad Mental health isn’t talked about enough, but 1 in 5 adults suffer from mental illness and disorders today.

Let’s reduce the stigma by opening up the conversation in the classroom and at home.
As a teacher and a mom of 3, I know how important it is to be there and be a good listener.

Conversations are super important. It’s never too early (or too late) to have these conversations with your students or your own children.

Operation Conversation is a check-in on kids’ mental health. When we start simple habits of conversations, we can learn about concerns or problems our students are dealing with, help them problem solve, and build their confidence for life’s difficult moments.

Teachers can help to destigmatize mental health starting in their own classrooms by talking to their students about mental health using a free deck of conversation starter cards. Parents can also use these cards to support good conversations while at home. I know as a mom, I can use all the help I can get.

#Giveaway Alert!
I have 5 decks of Conversation Starter Decks of cards to give away to 5 lucky winners to help you get the conversation flowing!

New York state has so many wonderful places to be New York state has so many wonderful places to be a part of . From the bright lights of NYC, to quiet places of respite in its parks and wooded areas. Time to walk, hike and reflect. Being active and busy is something that I hope my teens learn from and something we can do together to enjoy all the beauty and nature it has to offer while keeping NY tobacco free. Did you know that our oldest generation of smokers are now dying? After them, you have me and a very large group of people who do not smoke at all. So, who’s next? Instead of taking cigarettes off the shelves, the tobacco industry views today’s teens as tomorrow’s customers, using menthol-flavored products to attract and addict kids – and it’s working. More than half (54%) of youth who smoke (ages 12-17 years) use menthol cigarettes. making it easier for kids to start and harder for them to quit. Menthol is not JUST a flavor, it attracts and addicts kids As a teen mom, I am sharing this so we can all take action! Learn more about the impact of Big Tobacco’s manipulative tactics on our communities and how you can take action to help end this injustice. Let’s keep our kids enjoying the wonderful things our state has to offer. Link in bio #NotJustMenthol #TobaccoFreeNYS #ad @tobaccofreenys
