With back to school season here, I want my girls to be ready. That means not only purchasing the supplies they need, but also making sure that we prepare for the new routines that come along with back to school season.
This year, we headed to Target for many of our back to school needs. I love the sales that Target has on all the items that my family needs including health/wellness. While at Target, I picked up Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Multivitamin Gummies. I love being able to get all I need at one store and finding Nature Made®KIDS FIRST® Gummies was perfect since my daughters are big fans of gummies. This will make it easy for me to make sure they are getting the vitamins they need to get them through the busy school day.
Starting the year with healthy habits is important for their growing bodies and minds.
Getting into routines of going to bed early, exercising and taking vitamins helps make health a priority in our family.
These routines also help us get through the busy school days filled with learning and extracurricular activities.
When the school day is over, our afternoons and evenings are filled with a variety of extracurricular activities such as soccer, softball and many others that keep our bodies moving.
So, whether it is an organized sport or just having some fun at the park, do your best to make healthy choices for your family.
Summer will be over very soon so get a head start with healthy habits so it becomes routine for back-to-school. I know that starting healthy habits early helped make the transition back to school a positive one.
Head to Target to purchase Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Multivitamin Gummies at Target,With Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Multivitamin Gummies.

These are all great routines to follow.
These are good routines, and these vitamins sound great! Such big backpacks – lots of homework!
We need to try these. I like the gummy vitamins because it is easy for the kids to take. I would even use these for myself.
We are all about the vitamins in our house. They are a must for our back to school routine.
Funny we just bought a jar a few weeks ago. We really should have been eating them all summer but we get lazy.
Our kids start back on vitamins a couple of weeks before school starts.
Especially in our neck of the woods people don’t really have anyone to take care of their kids if they are unwell so a lot of time the end up at school “sharing” with their friends.
Ugh!!
I’m an adult and take gummi multi-vitamins. I’m not brand loyal, but I had Nature Made’s vitamins before.
I was fortunate to sample a big bottle of gummy vitamins like this and they made me a convert. It’s so nice not to have to swallow the big pills. I think having a backup outfit is always a good idea since in the rush of the morning, things happen.
I’ve seen those gummy vitamins in the store. I’d love to try them. Thanks for sharing!
My four kids love these gummy vitamins from Nature Made.
Our routines for back to school …. all the kids get outfits approved in the evening, and they do back pack checks, so that they’re ready in the morning without the stress. They are all early birds, so getting up early is never a problem.
Great routines! My kids take a multivitamin but we are so inconsistent that I really need to get into a routine with my kids!
We like the gummy vitamins and buy them all the time. They are an essential part of my children staying healthy. Thanks for the great review.
My teen needs some vitamins and has been asking for gummies. I will take a look for these; this would be a good way to get her to take them.
My family would never take their vitamins, until I got the gummy ones!
I buy my kids Multivitamins all the time, it makes me feel a little better about not slaving over a stove all day!
Defiantly going to be getting these!
my daughter loves these vitamins. they are a nice option
I love the great routines! And yes, vitamins are included in the routines.
I have teenage granddaughters in my house that are in sports and I know they don’t eat right. What a great way to start there day with a multivitamin. Thanks for sharing a great post.
