Everyone loves a snack break. I always find that if you fail to plan you plan to fail. I know. I know. We have heard this before, but it is so true especially when it comes to healthy snacking.
Healthy Snack Idea #1: I have found that if I bring along some of my own sweet treats, I am better able to stay on track and focus on making smart choices. So be prepared.
Healthy Snack Idea #2: On my last trip to Stop and Shop, I picked up three of my favorite Weight Watchers snacks. I like them because not only do they taste great, they are also convenient to take with you. Yes, even the ice cream.
I recently went to the beach with family and friends. I made sure that I had many ice cold water bottles to stay hydrated and I added the Vanilla Fudge Swirl Ice Cream Cones and some ice packs and I was ready to go.
While at the beach, I was able to avoid other sweet treats being offered and shared my ice cream cones with a few who were happy to see that I had other healthy snack options available.
Healthy Snack Idea #3: When out and about, you never know how long your journey may be. I find that if I have some healthy snacks in my bag, I am able to avoid making choices on a hungry stomach.
This past weekend, I wound up getting stuck in a traffic jam and was in the car with my family a lot longer than anticipated. Lucky for me, I had Weight Watchers Triple Chocolate Brownie Bliss with me. It totally saved my day!
One brownie bliss did not make the traffic go away but it did stop my from being ravenous when we finally got home.
