It’s about that time! We have been preparing for back-to-school by not only purchasing school supplies but also stocking up on handy snacks so that we are ready for our busy after school schedule. Sports, dance, and a variety of other extracurricular activities keep us on our toes so it helps to be prepared and have convenient snacks ready and available.
With three girls, I am always being pulled in different directions driving to sports and extracurricular activities.
Now that they are older, their practices aren’t always right after school so I need to be ready with a yummy after-school snack. Ellio’s frozen pizza is a convenient snack, especially during these hectic practice-filled months. Since we’re constantly on the go, I love that you can serve your kids in no time. I also feel good about serving it to everyone since it’s loaded with 100% real cheese, absolutely no artificial flavors and the freshest ingredients.
These pies are available in six different flavors, including Cheese, Pepperoni, Supreme, Five Cheese, Italian Sausage & Pepperoni, & Extra Cheese. Our favorite? The Five Cheese Pizza. It is definitely a crowd pleaser for my girls.
Softball keeps us pretty busy. Practices and games usually are right around 5 pm. The girls need to get their equipment ready, start their homework and have a bite to eat. Ellio’s Pizza can be a great snack to keep up the energy for these after school moments.
Ellio’s Pizza paired with some yummy veggies makes a perfect after-school snack! Sometimes I serve with carrot sticks and other times I serve them slices of cucumber. Not only does it get them ready for sports, but it also refuels them after an active day in the classroom.
For my fellow Northeasterners, did you know that Ellio’s has local roots? Ellio’s frozen pizza has a long-standing history in the Northeast as it was launched in Long Island, NY more than 5 decades ago. (I love finding out interesting facts like that.) Is anyone else feeling the #Pizzastalgia right about now?!
