My goal for 2016 is to become a healthy and active person. It has definitely been a struggle especially since turning 40 last year. I have had my ups and downs. This is why I am hoping that 2016 is no nonsense and I stick to my goals one day at a time.
I have been sharing with you a variety of things that I have been doing to achieve this goal and now I have some great products to share from Vitamin Shoppe that will help with life improvement.

To help me achieve my goal, I will:
- Stress Less – This is definitely something that I need to do. Did you know aswagandha extract is an herb that helps the body manage stress? It is gluten, dairy, nut and soy free.
- Get a Good Night’s Sleep – Melatonin helps the body regulate sleep.
- Add the friendly bugs to your diet – Probiotics help your digestive system and immune health. Everyone wants their stomach to feel good.
- Keep on Moving – Track those steps. The more activity, the more you move, the easier it is to achieve your goal! Next Step Pedometer is available to track your steps. Just because the cold weather is here, it does not mean sit on the couch. Get out and get moving!
4. Manage your weight – Protein Shakes are a great way to help after a workout. I have found these to be a great help when focusing on weight loss. As you can see pictured below, there are a variety of protein products available at Vitamin Shoppe.

I barely take my daily vitamins, this would be a challenge for me. I am trying to get more excercise on a daily basis.

Water and sleep are my two big things for staying healthy. I also believe in taking a multi vitamin everyday. I will be checking this out for sure.
I am right with you on the good setting of goals in 2016. I set the goals and have not yet started! I keep saying – tomorrow! I need some help in motivation.

#GetYourGoalOn I am getting my goal on by changing the way I eat, adding exercise to my day, having a positive attitude about getting healthy (and losing some weight).
I try and workout 5 days a week although sometimes it’s only 3 or 4. Concentrate on getting more fruits and vegetables too.

My husband is helping me keep accountable with my goals. I am trying to set reminders for myself too.
I gave up drinking soda. I also cut down to one cup of coffee per day and water the rest of the day.

I take supplements on a daily basis and it is really improving my overall health. I am on track with my weight loss goals.
