The Peanuts Movie In Theaters November 6th (Trailer)

So excited to share with you that one of my favorites from childhood, Peanuts, is coming to the big screen this November.  I was always a fan of Charlie Brown and his gang of friends. They were always a part of my holidays throughout the year.

Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus and the rest of the beloved “Peanuts” gang as they make their big-screen debut, like they’ve never been seen before, in state of the art 3D animation.

When we went to the movies last week, my youngest was so happy to become part of the movie.

Take a look at the trailer to see what The Peanuts Movie is all about.

. Snoopy, the world’s most lovable beagle – and flying ace – embarks upon his greatest mission as he takes to the skies to pursue his arch-nemesis The Red Baron, while his best pal, Charlie Brown, begins his own epic quest. From the imagination of Charles M. Schulz and the creators of the ICE AGE films, THE PEANUTS MOVIE will prove that every underdog has his day.

I did not realize they were making a Peanuts movie!! I am excited to see this now, growing up I remember all the Charlie Brown holiday specials. I love that it is there for the younger generations to enjoy now as well.

I bet the peanuts movie is going to be so fun. I like how they have a picture set up where kids can create their own memory with the Peanuts. I grew up watching the Peanuts so it’s great to see another generation enjoy them.

I’m also a fan of the Charlie Brown comics since the characters are so cute. I wonder when the movie will be coming out to our local theaters. It must be a pretty exciting film to watch for kids and adult who have grown with Snoopy and friends!

I’m not sure I’ll be going to see this movie, I may wait for it to come out (I don’t get out to movies very often!) but I will say as a kid I LOVED peanuts and I am actually looking forward to my kids checking this movie out. They don’t have a clue about Peanuts or who any of them are (I think they know snoopy, but thats it) so it will be really fun to teach them all about my childhood love for peanuts, and see how they like it!

I remember being so excited when the Charlie Brown movies would be played on television every year. I never wanted to miss them. My youngest has never seen a Peanut movie, She and I sat down and watched several of the trailers, and now she cannot wait to see the movie. It looks to be super cute!

I can’t wait to go see the movie! I love the Halloween and Christmas movies – we watched them every year as a family, and now I try to get my kids to sit and watch them with me. It’s such a great series, and so much fun to get to see some new stuff this year!

So happy to kick off the holiday season with @macy So happy to kick off the holiday season with @macys and Santa! Last night, we took the train into the city to preview #Macys #Santaland I have to say it was quite magical. Although my youngest was 12, Santa was able to connect to her and put us all in the holiday spirit.

I believe. I believe….

My mom also came with us. We started talking and I think it was almost 40 years ago that she took us to visit Santa at Macys. I was so happy to visit Santa with her and my youngest for a three generation experience.

Don’t forget to check out the beautiful window displays as you enjoy all of #NYC during the holidays!

#ad Mental health isn’t talked about enough, but #ad Mental health isn’t talked about enough, but 1 in 5 adults suffer from mental illness and disorders today.

Let’s reduce the stigma by opening up the conversation in the classroom and at home.
As a teacher and a mom of 3, I know how important it is to be there and be a good listener.

Conversations are super important. It’s never too early (or too late) to have these conversations with your students or your own children.

Operation Conversation is a check-in on kids’ mental health. When we start simple habits of conversations, we can learn about concerns or problems our students are dealing with, help them problem solve, and build their confidence for life’s difficult moments.

Teachers can help to destigmatize mental health starting in their own classrooms by talking to their students about mental health using a free deck of conversation starter cards. Parents can also use these cards to support good conversations while at home. I know as a mom, I can use all the help I can get.

#Giveaway Alert!
I have 5 decks of Conversation Starter Decks of cards to give away to 5 lucky winners to help you get the conversation flowing!

New York state has so many wonderful places to be New York state has so many wonderful places to be a part of . From the bright lights of NYC, to quiet places of respite in its parks and wooded areas. Time to walk, hike and reflect. Being active and busy is something that I hope my teens learn from and something we can do together to enjoy all the beauty and nature it has to offer while keeping NY tobacco free. Did you know that our oldest generation of smokers are now dying? After them, you have me and a very large group of people who do not smoke at all. So, who’s next? Instead of taking cigarettes off the shelves, the tobacco industry views today’s teens as tomorrow’s customers, using menthol-flavored products to attract and addict kids – and it’s working. More than half (54%) of youth who smoke (ages 12-17 years) use menthol cigarettes. making it easier for kids to start and harder for them to quit. Menthol is not JUST a flavor, it attracts and addicts kids As a teen mom, I am sharing this so we can all take action! Learn more about the impact of Big Tobacco’s manipulative tactics on our communities and how you can take action to help end this injustice. Let’s keep our kids enjoying the wonderful things our state has to offer. Link in bio #NotJustMenthol #TobaccoFreeNYS #ad @tobaccofreenys
