It was truly a “wild” day at the Bronx Zoo’s Children’s Zoo grand reopening celebration with Peppa Pig a few weeks ago. The Bronx Zoo is one of our favorite places to go and you could imagine the excitement when we heard that Peppa Pig was coming to celebrate.
Peppa Pig was at the zoo to celebrate the grand reopening of the Children’s Zoo.
People traveled from all over with their little ones to meet their favorite character, Peppa. The crowd went wild when she came out to say hello.
In addition to meeting Peppa, there was an arts and crafts area to make a Peppa mask. We also picked up a cute Peppa Pig bookmark too.
After visiting with Peppa Pig, we headed to see the brand new Children’s Zoo.
My girls were so excited to see that many of the classic attractions like the tree slide were still there.
New colorful signs brightened the zoo and welcomed the children to each area.
When we arrived at the Children’s Farm area, my girls wanted to feed the animals. They made friends with this llama.
