This past month, my savvy ladies have been using So Cozy products. With three girls, it can go fast, so we headed to Target to purchase some more. So glad we were able to take advantage of the $2 off promo at Target.
The 3 in 1 is a favorite. My youngest loves the independence this So Cozy product gives her. She is able to shampoo and then put some on a washcloth for body wash too. SoCozy products are safe and effective as well as non-toxic so I feel comfortable letting her use it all over.
This time, I picked up more 3 in 1, Detangler and Behave Styling Mousse.
Since we have been using this product. I feel that their hair is squeaky clean and free from products that are not safe. The scent is wonderful and the Detangler helps keep all the tangles away. I really like the Behave Styling Mousse because it seems to smooth out the hair and keeps styles in place.
While trying out the So Cozy products, I thought it would be a great time to practice my hair styling skills. This is definitely an area that this mom could use some help to help my girls look their best. I found that their tresses were more manageable with So Cozy and the Behave Styling Mousse tamed the flyaways.
To keep my daughters’ hair looking its best, I looked to the expert, Cozy Friedman for advice and technique. Cozy Friedman created SoCozy hair products. For more information about Cozy, please click here. Her book, Cozy’s Complete Guide to Girl’s Hair, has been great for making it easy to have a go at trying new styles.
As I looked through the book, I thought it would be great to customize the styles and bring some together. Each time, I prepped their hair with So Cozy Detangler to make it smooth and shiny.· SoCozy serves as an extensive resource for moms, kids, stylists, and salon owners.
· SoCozy is “So Smart, So Safe, So Easy, and So Cool” For this style, I blew dry her hair and flipped up bottom of her hair. I tried a combo of the Flipped Out Side Swipe Twist. Using the techniques from each of these styles, I did my best to recreate.
Then, I pulled back her hair into a twist and fastened with a flower clip.
A clean happy style for my 5 year old!
Another style that had easy to follow directions was the fishtail braid. This was my first time so I was pretty impresse. I definitely want to practice this one.
SoCozy makes it a mission to build confidence and inspire originality for any kid. For my oldest, I tried the Glam Girl. It was fun to try some teasing techniques and a new look for her.
With the heat and humidity of full blast, I wanted to tame her hair. I opted for the side braid for a look that would keep hair off the face. One of these days, I will get the French Braid Headband down.
Another way to keep the hair out of the face is with two classic pigtails. I am working on creating a better part. She loves this style because she thinks it makes her hair longer.
· Take a look at the video to see the Heart Shaped Braid. I will be practicing this one!
