I adore the Book of Life movie! :3 Its the most beautiful, visually gorgeous and the most magnifcient animated movie I’ve ever seen in ages-#2 on my favorite movies list with Lorax being #1 and another animated movie and so forth below! I love the folklore and mythology applied to the story along with the scene-stealing Gravepainters as the fandom calls the Godly couple-La Muerte and Xibalba (BOTH my favorite characters :3). I also adored the storyline it being Romeo and Juliet meets Orphello AND THE animation too from CGI to 2D at parts. Plus it was put together by Jorge and Guillermo Del Toro who made his 14 year dream a reality. Its a wonderful film and nominated for awards which I pray it wins one or two of them. 🙂 Book of Life holds many lessons and fun for everyone and teaches about the Day of the Dead. Its a masterpiece-a work of art that springs to life with all it’s glory. 🙂
