To keep breakfast filled with protein and interesting, Protein Fight Club has some delicious recipes that really pack a punch. Just 8 ounces of milk gives you 8 ounces of protein. Protein gives you strong and healthy teeth and bones. Not to mention strong and healthy hair too!
One of my favorite ways to have milk in the morning is in a nice iced latte while I am on the go. I like it strong and do not add sugar. I love the way milk complements the bold espresso flavor and it is definitely a breakfast treat for me.
A new favorite in my house is the Banana Smash-down Sushi. How easy is this? Instead a bowl of cereal, and a plain banana, this breakfast treat is truly a favorite. And, the kids can help prepare and be a part of making breakfast. The peanut butter, banana, and crisp rice cereal along with a nice cold glass of milk is such a yummy way to get your protein in. What a great boost to the morning!
