Jenny Craig has helped me lose 20 pounds throughout the year. Recently, I have hit a plateau and I thought it was time to partner with a friend. Lucky me, that friend is also my sister, Lauren, @NYCLaurenBeth.

Wow, first & foremost Congratulations to both of you. Personally I have not tried Jenny Craig. I tend to stay away from pre packaged meals, because so many contain some sort of cheese ( which I can’t eat). 15 years ago I was very successful with WW. I maintain for a decade, however with another child I have not lost the weight. About a month ago I started slowly walking & added tons of water to my daily routine. Not many pounds gone. But I feel better.
I loved hearing your voices & raw honesty. Look forward to future posts. You did say you are returning to work, I hope you continue sharing “Raising 3 Savvy Ladies” . You have made me laugh, cry, watch videos neverously ( bicycoo) & shared amazing adventures that we have visited. We never would have known about without your post.

I’m doing Jenny now, too, and have lost 10 pounds in my first month. (I’m doing Jazzercise, too.) Awesome that you’re doing it with your sister, and I worry about hitting plateaus too. Keep going! You’re doing great!

I have not yet tried Jenny Craig. I have tried counting my calories and exercise. I get losing and feeling great. I always lose 20 lbs and then hit a brick wall and cant lose anymore! Then I get discourged and before you know it I stop counting calories… then I slow down the exercise… then it all come to a screaching hault and then I gain 25 lbs. This has happened 3 times now. I need to try something different. Great work for you guys though. Now a few months later hope you guys are still doing great. Merry Christmas.
