This past week, I had the opportunity to check out the 2014 Impala at the Chevy Urban Style event at Milk Studios. Advanced technology and high end style are key features of the new redesigned Chevy Impala.
When I think of Chevy through the years, I have seen them add upscale features without the upscale price point. This past August, I fell in love with the Chevy Malibu. At that event, I met Kara Gordon for the first time and loved how her job is to use her engineering ingenuity to make the car more quiet for safety. And, she loves yoga too! So, I was so happy to reconnect again and learn about her work on the 2014 Impala.
I also met Crystal Windham, (pictured below with the Impala). She is the Interior Design Director for Chevrolet cars in North America. I love all the Women Power designing the luxurious yet affordable cars of today.
After speaking to Crystal briefly outside of the car, it was time for me to jump in the car. It is there where I met a group of Traveling Mom DC Bloggers and had a great time connecting about life and the awesome tech features of the new Impala. (See me in the driver’s seat below).
Don’t you just love how everything is connected?
I definitely need to take this car for a ride. Oh, I forgot to mention that all thought the interior and exterior have a new modern sleek look, the new Impala still has the roominess and trunk space we have grown to depend on.
This is a sponsored post. I attended the Chevy Urban Style event at Milk Studios and will be participating in the Traveling Moms Twitter party about car style tomorrow night, May 13 9 – 10 pm est.
