Halloween marked the end of our Listerine Smart Rinse Challenge.
It was definitely a learning experience for all.

Don’t be scared of germs on your teeth! Use Listerine Smart Rinse to keep your mouth fresh and clean.
The scary part of the Listerine Challenge for me was getting my younger two to cooperate and allow me to help them. When they are young and want to be Miss Independent, it is difficult to get all the germs away with a good brush. The challenge helped me to help them with brushing and using floss on a regular basis.
I also noticed how quickly we went through the Smart Rinse. An easy way for me to know that my older two were actually using it. It was a challenge to explain to my two year old that you needed to be 6 to use the rinse. That, to me, was the biggest challenge.
I am glad that the Oral Care Challenge had my family focus on better oral hygiene and allow this Savvy Mom to help her little ladies build good teeth cleaning habits.
Here is a reminder of what we did each day (almost, lol)
There are 3 easy steps that everyone should be following:
Brush, Floss, Rinse
Brush 2x a day
Floss 1x a day
Rinse with Listerine Smart Rinse 2x a day

That’s an excellent routine for oral health! It’s so important to teach kids early on the importance of oral hygiene!
Great tips! Our family loves Listerine.
I really need to crack the whip with my older two & come up with a challenge for them to take care of their teeth better. My youngest two need more help, but independence has set in & makes it slightly harder, but usually they let meet help.
Glad your challenge went so well.
I definitely do not floss nearly as much as I should be with my boys… Thanks for sharing this challenge and helping to remind me! 🙂
My 5 year old hates flossing, and we have been working with him. Thank goodness he likes to brush, or the last visit to the dentist could have been a nightmare! I look forward to when he turns 6, so we can try the rinse! Thanks for sharing these great tips!
I’m a fan of Listerine products. My hygienist told me to brush with it before flossing and my checkups have been wonderful.
Oh, I need to work on a few things with my 5 year old! I like Cynthia’s comment too. I’ll have to try that!
My 13 year old daughter did the challenge too. I didn’t even think of checking the Smart Rinse bottle to see how much was gone! She did much better than normal, but still needs improvement.
They are adorable!! I am horrible, because we don’t floss enough, I know I need to though!
I definitely need to get my boys going on oral rinse. I know brushing isn’t enough!
What a helpful post. I recently went to the dentist for my first cleaning in years. I have my own little routine I have to do as well. Thanks for the pointers. I may have to add some of them to list.
