So, you may wonder if I am still on Jenny Craig. The answer is yes. I am playing it slow and steady and I am happy to report that I have lost 15.4 pounds. Woohoo!
Would I have liked to have lost more since the beginning? Of course the answer is yes. But the truth is, I haven’t been this weight in over 2 1/2 years so I am excited.
I feel like I am at a plateau point. My pants fit and clothes feel better. It is now time to remind myself that these items were bought after my second daughter was born and are not my true size.
So, I am kicking it up a notch this week. I was recently given Just Dance 4 by Ubisoft and I am hoping to burn some of the calories away too. It has a part called Just Sweat where you can choose the amount of time you want to work out.
This week had some of a setback for me. With Hurricane Sandy, loss of power and my nerves on end. I also did not work for the week. My parents stayed with us and on a positive note it brought us all together. The restaurant that my husband works in in the Financial District had over 4 feet of water in it so he was home too and cooking lots of home cooking comfort food.
So now it is Sunday! A new week! A new beginning!
