Drum roll please! I started the summer on Jenny Craig and as reflect on the last unofficial weekend of summer, I am happy to announce that I am 11.8 pounds thinner! Woo hoo!
I am so happy to be on the road to a healthier lifestyle and I owe it all to Jenny Craig. The summer can be a tough time to stay on track. I am home the entire summer. I am not on a regular routine. Vacation, dinners together with friends and overall not planning could lead to gaining weight. Jenny Craig helped me stick to a plan and also offered advice for when I would be out and about.
Even after going to the Jersey Shore boardwalk, I was still able to lose weight. Every little bit counts!
On Tuesday, I will go back to work and I am ready for the challenge of a routine. I even bought some extra Jenny breakfasts and snacks just in case I am in a rush in the morning and I forget my lunchbag on the counter. I think I might even leave an empty water bottle at work too. We have filtered water so I can always refill.

Woo Hoo! Congrats! Every little bit helps a lot.I know how hard it is to lose weight so Yay for you. My cousin lost 90 lbs on Nutrisystem. My other cousin lost 420 lbs on Weight Watchers. Now you’re going strong on Nutrisystem. It looks like these 3 weight losing programs really work. Keep up the good work! Take Care. 🙂
