I am sure you have all been waiting to hear how I have been doing on Jenny Craig. I went on vacation. We had some day trips and although away, I still lost weight!
I lost a 1/2 a pound. I know, not as exciting as the first loss. But, hey, I was on vacation. Most people usually gain on vacation. So I am proud of myself and I am glad that I had Jenny Craig by my side. So, how did I do it?
My Tips for Losing Weight With Jenny Craig while on Vacation
- Keep drinking lots of water.
- Stay active. Swimming and walking saved me.
- Be realistic. While away you are going to veer from the path. I had a Jenny breakfast every morning. I ate my snacks and maybe had more than one Anytime Bar. My idea was that that bar was a better choice than something else I could have chosen. When we went out, I had fish. Grilled Salmon over greens was a favorite.
Would I have liked to have lost more? Yes.
What will I do differently this week? Stick to the food and pick up the walking pace (Notice the Jogging stroller in the picture. I have not used it yet, so now, I mean business!) Here’s to a successful week!
