Jenny Set Go is on my mind. For the next 28 days, I will be trying Jenny Craig for the first time. After attending the American Heart Association Wall Street Run &Heart Walk (3M) in New York City with Valerie Bertinelli a few weeks ago, I was given the opportunity to try Jenny Craig.
It was a sign. A sign to point me in the right direction. Raising my three savvy ladies can be challenging and I have not been making the right food choices on my own. I have tried other programs before and now I think I know all the “ways” to cheat. Something new and healthy and active is what I need to point me in the right direction.
