I did it! After 1 week on the Jenny Craig Ready Set Go program, I lost 6.4 pounds. Yay!
Do I like it? I love it.
Last week, I wrote about my first time visiting a Jenny Craig. After getting on the scale last week, I knew thatI need to be at a more healthy weight. So I tried my best.
This week is normally a very tough week for me. As a full time teacher, it was time to close down the classroom. I am also moving classrooms so there was a lot of afterschool work to be done. This usually lends itself to eating on the run. I would have probably gained two pounds just because I didn’t plan ahead. As a busy working mom, Jenny Craig has it all ready for me. Whew!
Instead, I had my food packed and ready to go. The Anytime Bars saved me for those snacking moments. All I had to prepare was my water bottle and off I went.
I know the week ahead will be challenging. We are driving to North Carolina and visiting family, but I am going to do my best to stay on track. Drinking more water and being more active will be my focus while away.
My consultant, Debbie, gave me some ideas for while I am away. Of course, I will wind up eating out. Sticking to fish and salad will help me on my path.
I am going to spend some time perusing the online information since I didn’t have a chance last week.
