Ghost The Musical – I loved it! Or, shall I say “Ditto”.
My sister Lauren and I attended Ghost the Musical with The Moms this past Thursday. Back in the day, my sister was a huge Patrick Swayze fan and we watched it often. We were both wondering how this remake of the movie would keep us interested and we were both surprised at how amazing it was.
We all know the story of Molly and Sam. We all wanted to feel like they did about each other. So sad and so powerful at the same time. It makes you want to believe.
The technical and design effects kept you on the edge your seat. I loved the surprise of the illusions that happen right before your eyes. I thought the choreography by Ashley Wallen had great technique. And of course, the new orignial score by Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard makes me want to go out and get the soundtrack. Each cast member has a voice you want to remember.
After the show, we had the opportunity to have a Meet and Greet with the Cast. You definitely felt the love and camaraderie that they have for each other. When you have that in a cast, it makes the show even more powerful.
So, go see Ghost The Musical this summer.
