To show our American pride this Memorial Day, I love wearing red, white and blue. It is always festive to dress up and go to a parade.
I have been taking my oldest to the parade since she was in a stroller so it has become somewhat of a tradition to go to.
This tradition helps me explain to the girls the real meaning of Memorial Day which is a day to remember and honor those in the military who have served our country.
I’m linking up with Monday Mingle and Fashion Friday with @MainLineMom.

Adorable outfits! We didn’t sport red, white, and blue (we sported swimsuits all day instead), but we probably will for the 4th of July.
Wore the colors proudly! http://chatonsworld.blogspot.com/2012/05/memorial-day-fashion.html
so cute! (as usual!!)
Always fun to sport a little red, white, and blue! Your daughter’s hair bow is too cute!
LOVE BabySavvy’s hair bow. Where did you get it?!
Thank you! Here is there link: https://www.facebook.com/SqueakerbeeBows
It looks like it will be heavy but she kept in in her hair, unlike other bows, and did not take it out.
Thank you Emily. I purchased my top in a store called The Jewel Box in Charlotte, NC. I love the ruffly sleeve.
Thanks April. https://www.facebook.com/SqueakerbeeBows is the site that made the bow.
All very cute, but I have to get those bows for the 4th!
Cute! You know, I can’t recall if I did!
