Did you know Carowinds is split between North Carolina and South Carolina? My oldest thought this was awesome to be in two states at once. You may not be able to see it but the sign behind them says North Carlolina on one side and South Carolina on the other. Baby Savvy was right in the middle!
A few helpful hints:
After 4pm, you can pay a reduced rate and have access to all the attractions.
Go on a Monday – less crowds. We had an enjoyable time. It was hot but there was hardly any lines to wait on.
Take a picture walk through our visit with Snoopy characters and ride fun!

How fun! The Peanuts gang must be a common thing at amusement parks. Here in MN, we had Camp Snoopy in the Mall of America(until it switched to Nickelodeon Workld), now I think Snoopy can be found at Valley Fair here.
