Back to School Fashion with TJ Maxx and Marshalls means that you find trendy current styles for a lot less.
While at a TJ Maxx Back to School event with Audrey McClelland, my oldest two savvies and I learned about the latest trends for this back to school season.
Audrey shared some important advice on what to look for in order to get the best deals on the latest trends.  Some of my favorite Top Tips  from Audrey include:
1. Let your children mix and match.  Stripes and plaids continue to be fun options.
2. Buy favorites in bulk.  If they like, they’ll want to to wear it often.  I love this one.  It makes it easier for mom too especially when school and extracurricular activities make it challenging to keep up with the laundry.
3. Did you know that TJ Maxx has lots of cute school necessities?  Get them excited by having them pick out some awesome supplies.
These two stores make it so easy to look your best because they are always looking for the best value for their customers.
At Marshalls and T.J.Maxx, value isn’t just about price.  Off-price buyers are trained to recognize that true value is a combination of:
  • Fashion – It must be a fashion classic or an on-trend, current season style.
  • Quality – It must be first quality. We never compromise, ever.
  • Brand – It must be a designer or brand name that customers know, trust and desire.
  • Price – It must be negotiated to sell for up to 60 percent less than customers will find in a department or specialty store.

All must be present in order for an item to be sold at Marshallsand T.J.Maxx.

As a mom to three girls, getting the most value is extremely important.  Knowing that a company supports charitable organzations is a plus too.

Did you know for a  27-year collaboration, T.J.Maxx is continuing its partnership with Save the Children, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating immediate and lasting change in the lives of children. During this back-to-school season, TJMaxx will launch its comprehensive program to benefit children in need across the U.S. beginning on August 4.  

T.J.Maxx stores nationwide will once again sell specially designed reusable tote bags, created with Save the Children’s original children’s artwork. Each bag is $.99 and T.J.Maxx will donate all profits from the sale of these bags to Save the Children’s U.S. Programs.
