What is greek yogurt? If you have asked this question, you should definitely try Fage
greek yogurt. It is absolutely delicious! For those who are wondering like I was, it is pronounced “Fah-yeh” which means to eat in Greek.
I consider myself a “think outside the box” kind of person. When it comes to cooking, this does not apply. Yogurt is to be eaten from the container.
Boy, was I wrong!
Mom Central invited bloggers to experience all that Fage yogurt has to offer. I like to cook, but I do not consider myself a chef by any means. That is my husband’s expertise, thank goodness.
While attending Fage USA event at the International Culinary Center, I learned how to use yogurt to create delicious recipes includng my two favorite which are Fage Fried Chicken and Fage Macaroni and Cheese.
I can make a bechemel sauce - woo hoo!
Chef Daniel and his sous chefs made all of us feel comfortable and explained each detail of the recipe. From delicious parfaits to scrumptious dinners, adding Fage yogurt put a new twist to some classic favorites.

I recently tried Fage for the first time, after seeing how highly rated it is in Cooks Illustrated. The good part is – I absolutely loooove it! The bad part – I’m addicted – and must have it – or else!!!! If you see in the headlines woman arrested for breaking into store in the middle of the night for Fage yogurt fix, hope you will understand! It is that good!
I love this yogurt, all versions of it, and I would have to buy quite a bit to cook with it, because it disappears before I can make the recipe. It really is good, it was rated very high by Cooks Illustrated, too.
Definitely one of my favorite brands of yogurt!
