Soccer, Karate, dance, gymnastics, babysitter, CCD, am I forgetting something? I love my girls with all my heart but sometimes it is just plain exhausting getting them to and fro. As I develop my blog and go forward, I realize that there needs to be some time for mom to vent and let it all out – Tired Tuesdays?
Should I be in bed? Yes! Do I have a lot on my mind? Yes!
I enjoy all that I do with my three girls, but I am really trying to figure out how to find some more hours in the day. Momma needs her beauty sleep. If only I could take a nap around 4:00 pm. That would be a great rejuvenator. I love to sleep! And with an almost 7, 4, and 7 month old, sleep deprivation has taken over.
Before children, I thought nothing of taking a nap after work. Before children, I would take a blanket on the couch and doze off. With so many things on my mind, and a newly crawling baby, that can be hard to do.
Should I add sleep to my calendar on my iPhone?
I’m looking for ways to fit it all in. Maybe even a getaway day – some spa time, some sleep time, some ME time.
