A few weeks ago, two of my savvy ladies and I ventured into the city to be a part of the global launch of Beyond Tablet. When we arrived, kids of all ages were testing out the table and the variety of games that came with it.
As a mom and educator, I loved that everyone was communicating. There was a buzz in the room that made it possible to see what the game was all about. No one was on their own playing a tablet by themselves. Everyone was using teamwork to figure how to play the variety of games and use critical thinking skills to try and win. Kids were talking. Adults were talking. Everyone was learning something new and interacting with each other. To me, this is what Beyond Tablet is all about.

In schools all over the nation right now, Maker Spaces are being built to help students explore the world around them, make, build and create. In order to to do these things, students work together. Beyond Tablet would be the perfect addition to a space like this. Students would be able to talk to each other and work together to play the game.
The girls were super excited to find out that we won an interactive board and the Lost Pyramid game. The Lost Pyramid was definitely a favorite. I loved trying to figure out the pattern of symbols and colors. This game has a variety of difficulty levels which makes it great for all levels of players. Beyond Tablet is a smart device that takes learning,thinking and fun to a whole new level,
