Recently, Macy’s just had two back to school events for kids and teens at my local Macy’s in Bay Plaza.
My oldest is in middle school and definitely is changing her style. Macy’s has some of the coolest on trend looks for heading back to school and makes it easy to find great items.
My younger two are in elementary school and I like that I can find clothing for all of them in one destination.
Each child has a different style and Macy’s has a variety for all to like. I know my almost kindergartner goes from dresses to t’s and shorts and sometimes her own ecclectic concoction.
Here are some of the great styles we saw at Macy’s.
Does your child need to wear a uniform? Macy’s had some great polos and khakis.
I love these two teen styles.Polo by Ralph Lauren always has great classic pieces.
Guess which one is my favorite?
Teen style is totally unique. Lots of great layering going on!
The next local event is Macy’s Herald Square – New York City, NY – 9/26, 2pm.
Join Macy’s for an afternoon of crafts and activities including Disney Princess and Star Wars coloring books, the chance to make your own Princess crown, and pose for a picture in the Disney Princess and Star Wars-themed photo booths.
At that point in the year, kids have been in school a few weeks and are seeing what others are wearing and finding a style of their own. This will be a great time too to check out trends for the cooler weather.
