Tiramisu sounds delicious, right? The calories and fat can be scary. The summer can be filled with many tempting treats. Trying to stay on a healthy track can be a challenge. This is why when I ding some thing that is healthy and can be a dessert too, I say, Yes, Yes, Yes!
With 12 grams of protein, 80 calories and 0% fat per 5.3 oz, Dannon® Light & Fit® Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt satisfies taste buds and helps shrink away daily temptations.
To make it more decadent, I decided that to give it the feel of the ultimate dessert. Add two fancy glasses with long spoons. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and cocoa powder and we were good to go.
I have to admit. When I eat a yogurt at lunch, eating it in its container has never been a problem. I always add a handful of fruit and/or granola and I have a satisfying meal.
But, dessert needs to be special. When I first tasted the Tiramisu flavored yogurt, I found the flavor very enjoyable. It made me feel like I was having a tempting treat. So that is when I realized that I needed to make it look like a decadent dessert.

I must say she was pleasantly surprised. By serving in the glasses, she did not know it was greek yogurt or that it was only 80 calories.
I like to make small steps to better choices and I definitely will be incorporating Dannon Light&Fit into my routine. Choosing better-for-you foods and staying on track to a healthier lifestyle can be a challenge when you have to resist some of your favorite treats.

I find it amazing how easily a little change such as putting it in a glass can make all the difference. I deserve the dessert just not 1000s of calories to go with it!
