The circus is back in town! …Right at the beautiful Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus certainly lends credit to its name as being “The Greatest Show on Earth” and it’s current theme, “Built to Amaze”!
The Prudential Center is a beautiful facility that is easy to get to and even to park your car. It is easy on the kids too because the walk from your car to the entrance of the center is as easy as walking across the street.
Options for food and snacks were endless. You could get anything from pizza, burgers, hot dogs to even healthier options like salads or deli sandwiches.
The show didn’t disappoint and “Built to Amaze” it was. This theme surely fit. The acrobatics I think amazed me and my husband more than the kids. The tiger show also left you with your mouth wide open in awe.
There was something always happening. There was never any downtime that can sometimes happen in a big production.
We were entertained at every single moment. A new act was a basketball team on unicycles… It was the Harlem Globe Trotters on wheels! My daughter’s favorite was the girl who got shot out of a cannon at over 65 miles an hour and landed clear across the other side of the room.
Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus is definitely fun for the entire family!

I love the daredevil acts, but I really don’t care for the animal acts anymore. But as circuses go, they’re the masters of the game!

We saw the Ringling Bros. Circus a couple of years ago and loved it! Glad to hear you did too. It’s an amazing show that we found full of entertaining moments and memories.
I want to take my boys to the circus so badly! They are just the right age now. This show looks awesome! I’ll bet the kids had a blast!
