Fairy Tales Hair Care Review & Giveaway

by Kerri on February 24, 2013

Have you ever received a note in your child’s backpack that says someone in your child’s class has head lice?  I have on more than one occassion.  And luckily, I have been prepared with Fairy Tales Rosemary Repel.

Fairy Tales Hair Care Lice Rosemary Repel & LiceGoodbye Giveaway

Fairy Tales Rosemary Repel is a welcome addition to our morning routine.  After putting hair up in a ponytail, pigtails or in a clip, I sprayed my daughters’ hair.  I didn’t worry about using it because it has natural ingredients such as rosemary, citronella, peppermint, tea tree and lavender.  It is safe and easy to use.  Most importantly, the natural ingredients help to prevent lice.   On the website, I found exact directions on how to effectively use it:

Use EVERY morning before school, camp or daycare. Spray generously throughout the layers of the hair.

Can be used on wet or damp hair.

Tip: remember to target the lice “hot spots”– behind the ears, back of the neck, on shoulders and part lines too.

When I put pigtails in her hair, I sprayed generously in the part lines.  I had tried to use a different brand in the past, but the chemical smell was overwhelming.

Rosemary Repel Conditioning Spray Giveaway

Should the day come that you receive the phone call that one of your children has lice, Fairy Tales carries Lice-Goodbye.

Here is what the website says about Lice-Goodbye:

Remove head lice and their eggs naturally — without harsh chemicals or pesticides!

#1 natural lice removal treatment proven to kill lice and their eggs (nits) is formulated with natural enzymes that eliminate the bug and dissolve the sticky “nit glue”. No-mess foaming mousse makes removal easy with comb provided.
